Since our country entered the aging society in 1999.According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)population development forecast,by 2030,Our country will becoming the world's highest population aging countries for more than Japan.Thus,how to support the elderly is one of the urgent problems to be solved in China.In 2017.03,our country released "The" 13 th Five Year Plan "national aging career development and pension system construction plan" policy,not only summed up the "12th Five Year Plan " during the completion of the pension target,affirmed the correct orientation of the development of the pension,but also Put forward the development goals as "home-based,community-based,institutions to supplement,health care combined with the pension service system is more robust."
