| The intensification of the population aging process has made the problem of elderly care more serious,and various elderly care models have emerged.Community elderly care has become one of the most popular models for the elderly today because of its professionalism and convenience.With the improvement of living standards and changes in the concept of elderly care,the elderly’s needs for elderly care services are not only satisfied with material aspects,but also pay more attention to diversified elderly care experience.However,the uneven distribution of community pension resources is difficult to meet the increasingly individualized pension needs of the elderly.Therefore,the community elderly care service system urgently needs innovation.The sharing economy is a new and popular business model that uses Internet technology to integrate dispersed resources to maximize social value and economic benefits.This topic combines the sharing model with community elderly care services,and optimizes solutions for the current imbalance of elderly care resources and poor service experience.This paper takes the community elderly care service system as a research topic,focuses on the analysis of the sharing economy model and the development status of community elderly care services,and finally builds a shared community elderly care service system based on the Internet of Things.First of all,through literature research and domestic and foreign current situation research,the model of shared community elderly care services is obtained;with the help of service design theory,the thinking angle of service design methods applied to shared community elderly care topics is obtained,that is,an understanding of the overall perspective and a people-oriented perspective.Secondly,through user interview analysis,the pain points and needs of elderly users in the shared community pension model are obtained,and then the needs are verified by questionnaire survey,and the acquired needs are quantified and ranked,and a reliable portrait of the elderly users is summarized.In the next step,with the help of service design principles and methods,conduct research on the design strategy of the shared elderly care service system.Through the analysis of the stakeholders in the shared elderly care,discover the service touch points that are easily overlooked in the shared service;The analysis clarifies the business process of shared services;through the summary of the shared service system,it has guiding significance for the construction of the shared elderly care service platform architecture.Finally,the author constructed a community elderly care platform architecture under the sharing model,and designed one of the terminal products at the elderly perception level under the service system to meet the personalized needs of elderly users and improve the management efficiency of the community on the sharing platform.This topic brings reference to the design and optimization of community pension models,and also brings positive significance to the development and innovation of new shared business models. |
