The Record Review System Of Authorized Legislation In Special Economic Zones

As a special product of reformation,the authorized legislation in special economic zones plays an especially important role for chines economic development. Although our country has many laws like <the law of legislative>,<the regulations of the record of rules> and <the law of supervision> to record and review the legislative activities.but the provisions of the record review system of authorized legislation in special economic zones have been scattered in different laws.And those provisions have imperfections that the practical application is limited.Firstly this paper defines the concept and nature of censorship of the special economic zones as well as the authorized legislation for the record.Secondly it analyzes the necessity of authorized legislation in the special economic zones.Thirdly it Summarizes the existing content censorshipof the special economic zone legislation for the record.Finally the problems existing in the special economic zone authorized legislation for the record review system is analyzed, and based on this proposed to the special economic zones, authorized legislation for the record review system with pertinence suggestion.
