Cultural Construction Of Political Studies In The New Era

In October 8, 2005, the sixteen session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the party through the "CPC Central Committee on the development of five year plan for national economic and social development of the eleventh suggestions", the construction of new socialist countryside is a major historic task in China’s modernization process, the rural development in China has now entered a new period of building a new socialist countryside. The rural political culture in the new period also produced very big change, also had a positive or negative impact on the construction of new countryside, in order to adapt to the political culture and rural development, we must continue to strengthen and improve the construction of political culture rural areas in the new rural construction at the same time. Based on the definition of political culture and political culture in the new countryside connotation, through the method of literature study, questionnaire survey and interview analyzed and summed up the problems and reasons of rural political culture construction, and finally puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen and perfect the construction of political culture in rural areas, will be helpful to the development of the rural political culture in China and the the new rural construction.The first part of this paper defines the concept of political culture, introduces its basic theory and provides a theoretical basis for this article; then analyzed and summed up the connotation, features and significance of rural political culture.The second part of this paper expounds the existing problem in the construction of China’s rural political culture and analysis the cause of the problem, in order to strengthen and improve the construction of political culture in rural areas to find a good starting point.In the third part, on the basis of the above discussion proposed to strengthen and improve the ways and Countermeasures for the construction of China’s rural political culture. The new period to strengthen the political culture and improve the comprehensive economic development, politics, education, culture, public development all aspects complement each other. The rural political culture has obvious geographical features, the author believes, according to the actual situation in the region and the construction of politics, the degree of economic development adapt to the political culture, must be on the construction of new countryside and the improvement of great power, more conducive to the development of rural culture construction in the new period.
