| As a large agricultural country,the party and the government always put rural affairs in the first place.A new socialist countryside mission development objectives are proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC. China’s rural economics entered a stage of rapid development from then on. With the development of the construction process,the "Beautiful China"concept is proposed in the eighteenth CPC. Then the general layout of socialist construction is transferred from "four-in-one" to "five-in-one"new pattern, which consists of the political,economic,cultural,social and ecological civilization. All of them reflects the people’s yearning for a better life. The government of Anhui province started the construction of the slogan"beautiful countryside",and released the beautiful rural construction plan of Anhui province(2012-2020)". The construction goal of "beautiful country" was proposed in the "number one file" in 2013, which also defined the content and direction of rural construction in our country. In January 2016,in order to be consistent with the "Beautiful China"implement,the original "good rural construction"was renamed as "beautiful countryside construction" in the promotion meeting of the construction of beautiful countryside of Anhui Province.The concept of "beautiful country" is not only a response of the people’s pursuit for a better life, but also reflects the new direction of national policy. The steady development of our country rural area is always in a matter of great events of national strategy, rural construction in our country should follow the basic principles of people-oriented, mobilizing all social forces into participation.Now, it is still in groping stage about "beautiful country" construction, and its model and architecture is not yet mature. different places have different characteristic, which cannot implement one-size-fits-all approach. Under the background of the integration of urban and rural areas as a whole, how to build "beautiful country" and livable life, it is particularly important to improve rural the well-being of the masses. Since 2012,the provincial government attach great importance to the close linkage with the city and country and township villages,beautiful countryside construction work has achieved results. Yuexi County as the "beautiful countryside" construction demonstration counties of Anhui Province, have accumulated a wealth of successful experience in the Rural Construction.Selection of Yuexi county as the object of investigation, in this paper the author tries to analyze the actuality of Yuexi beautiful county rural construction and reveal the achievements and problems in the construction of beautiful countryside in Anhui province, and provide reference for the development of the rural construction in the future work.The thesis consists of five parts.Firstly,the author elaborates the background and significance of the thesis,and summarizes the basic framework and research methods, then points out the innovation and shortcomings of the article.Secondly,this paper discusses the related concepts and theoretical basis of "beautiful country",and introduces the current situation regarding rural construction at home and abroad.Also,the details status of Yuexi County "beautiful countryside"construction is given,including what has been achieved,and with three typical cases village as the instructions.Then,the author summarizes the main problems that the county "beautiful country" has faced in construction process in recent years.Finally,Combined with local actual targeted solutions are put forward. |
