A Brief Study On Gradual Progress Of Cultural View Of Chinese Communist Party

The culture was an important symbol of human civilization, it concerns to the people’s livelihood and happiness, concentrates the will of the people and their minds. The Chinese Communist Party did always attach great importance to cultural development, by counting its courses that making gradual progress on the cultural view during past 90 years, it can be shown that its awareness for position and functions of culture was just developed into rich mature gradually with the practice of China’s revolution, construction and reform, it experienced among the period of new democratic revolution, socialist revolution and construction and the reform and opening up, has formed first the cultural view of new democracy, then that exploration stage of socialism and currently of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.During the period of new democracy, those early communists and the CPC central committee with Mao Zedong as the core have conducted the researching and constructing with Chinese advanced culture. The democratic and scientific spirit proposed by the New Cultural Movement has been taken as the core of such advanced culture. While the May 4th Movement in 1919 promoted the Marxism wide spread in China, the Chinese Communist Party raised at such historic moment. The early communists has launched two explorations on the new democratic cultural thought, and laid the foundation for establishment of new democratic cultural system step by step. By end of the war against Japanese aggression, the new democratic cultural system has been established and it marked that the formal formation of new democratic cultural view.The researching and structuring of Chinese Communist Party for advanced culture during socialist revolution and construction period shall be the most twists and turns. Among the transition period, the unified guiding position of Marxism to culture has been established accordingly. With continuous promulgated policies in series related to cultural construction, it brought a certain development for the culture during the period of all-round socialist construction, and formed the socialist exploration stage cultural view. But while the “Left leaning” culture and ideology was expanding extremely, it guided the culture turning into opposite side.After the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee, with the steady development of work to bring order out of chaos, the cultural development is coming back on the rails, gradually formed culture view of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
