Influence Of New Media On The Ideological And Political Education Work Of The Communist Youth League And The Countermeasures

With the development and wide application of electronic information technology,the new media has become indispensable in people’s daily life a part of, and caused profound influence in many aspects, including youth groups affected particularly impressive. It is an important issue that the Communist Youth League workers should pay great attention to and work hard to solve the ideological and political education of students in Colleges and technical colleges.In Dali Prefecture of Yunnan Province in five colleges: University of Dali, Dali Prefecture of Finance and trade schools, Dali Agricultural Vocational and technical college, Yunnan to build schools and Dali Health School of in-depth investigation,understand the five schools of the college students thought under the new media environment, life, learning situation, affected by the impact of the new media,ideological and political education work in the Communist Youth League of five schools in the new media environment, new situation new changes.Based on the survey and interview survey, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the new media to the ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League. Opportunities for new media enrich the educational resources, increase the means of education, enhance the attractiveness of work, expanding the scope of time and space, improves the work efficiency; challenge: put forward new requirements on the content of Ideological and political education, it is urgent to improve the quality of the work of the Communist Youth League team, the League ideological and political education website construction and related workers cannot adapt to new requirements,education in the use of new media is not sufficient, the actual use of the media and student media favorite gap.In view of the existing problems, put forward countermeasures of College League ideological and political education work to deal with the challenge of the new media: improving the education environment,optimization of new media and traditional media with the work of Ideological and political education, strengthen ideological and political education worker teamconstruction, improve the media literacy of educational object, make full use of the advantages of new media on mobile phones work, strengthen new media personnel training, to strengthen the study of League cadres new media knowledge training.
