Research On The Socialization Of Housework Thought Of Marx And Engels

Housework is an old topic, so to speak, since the formation of human society, housework has been as an important means to maintain the human survival and development requirements. Housework, just as its name implies, is to exist in the domestic labor, therefore, it is closely related to maintaining family, supporting the elderly, children education, and as a kind of private labor, under the feudalism thought of “males in charges of the outside affairs, women in charges of the inside affairs”, women become the main undertaker of housework, and closely linked with housework. The unpaid,trivial and heavy housework makes women spend a lot of time into it, and it is seriously hindered the woman walked out of the family into the field of social production, which limits the development of women, and become an important factor of causing family conflicts and social disharmony.Based on this, the raised topic of the socialization of housework becomes the focus problem of attention of the whole world. Socialization of housework is the objective laws of human life and economic development, is the inevitable result of the development of commodity production. The original purpose of realizing socialization of housework is in order to achieve the complete liberation of majority of working women, after the constant proof ofour socialist practice, the connotation of the socialization of housework carries has been far beyond the category of women’s liberation, it has an immeasurable role for the construction of socialist harmonious society of our country.In addition to the “Introduction” and “Conclusion”, this dissertation consists of three parts. The first part discusses the theoretical source of Marx and Engels’ thought of the socialization of housework; The second part expounds the basic content of Max and Engels’ thought of socialization of housework; By analyzing the current situation and forming reasons of our countries’ socialization of housework, the third part explores the guiding value for China to build a harmonious socialist society of Marx and Engels’ thought of socialization of housework.Based on Marx and Engels’ classic works, with the reality of contemporary Chinese housework as foothold, absorbing and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign related research results, adhering to the methodology principle of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,using literature summarizing method, multidisciplinary cross analysis method,theory with practice method, this dissertation systematically studies the Marx and Engels’ thought of socialization of housework and its contemporary value.The innovation of this dissertation: The socialization of housework is a problem which should be settled urgently in the new period of social development and new normal. It is implies the novelty of selecting this topicthat study from the horizon of Marx and Engels’ thought of socialization of housework, so this is the first innovation. The second innovation is that this dissertation focus on studying the theoretical source and basic content of Marx and Engels’ thought of socialization of housework.
