Study On Management Mode In Urban Restructured Community

As an important part of modern social governance and building a harmonious society, community management is getting more attention and innovation, which has experienced success, there has yet to be perfect. In this study, based on Social Governance Theory and so on and the use of empirical research methods, I discuss the restructuring of urban community management model in a case of Antu County of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jiulong community "Five in One" management mode.This study suggests that, included the owner’s representative and the property company representative into the community management system to build the’"Five in One’" community management system which include the community branch, the community committees, the community service station, the owner’s representative and the property company representative, can promote community transition from government to the residents of autonomy. It not only maintains a branch core leadership at the grassroots of society, but also to some extent, to cultivate a diverse community governance body strength. And more conducive to the integration of community resources, improve work efficiency, safeguard the interests of all parties, improve service levels, and promote community harmony.This study suggests that there are some deficiencies in the mode, mainly for, boundary between the main responsibility is endless clear, works are passed the buck. As a for-profit service entity, there is a conflict of interest between the property company and the residents to a certain extent, and lack of effective coordination and settlement mechanism. Residents has a low degree of self-organization, lack of participation of residents, and the power of self-government has yet to cultivate.This study presents a comprehensive restructuring of urban community management model proposal. Mainly for, strengthen the system, a clear responsibility and authority for multiple subjects. Improve coordination mechanism, and gradually build checks and balances to protect the rights of multiple subjects. Foster community self-government forces, improve governance of the public nature of the community, to protect the common interests of all parties.The innovation of this study is the first domestic "one of five" community management model for academic research system, the first time within the same community to provide property services across the residential district views.This study was limited by the author scholastic ability, there are many yet perfect. Mainly for, restructuring of urban communities "Five in One" operation mechanism and management mode to explore the construction of the path inadequate system needs further study.
