Online Political Consultation Research In The View Of Servic-Oriented Government

With the new development of society and economy, our country has accelerated the pace of reforming the administrative system, constructing the service-oriented government has become a target of the government reform at all levels. Under the popularity of the Internet technology and service-oriented government construction, e-government construction in our country has entered the phase of online political consultation. It has showed its unique features and advantages in almost 10 years development process. Online political consultation plays a crucial role in promoting the transformation of the ruling concept, innovating the service mode, and improving the management system.It has become an important way to promote the service-oriented government under the age of the Internet.First of all, on the basis of specifying the service-oriented government theory and online political consultation related theory, this article discusses the inner link between them, and concluded that it is necessary to promote online political consultation with the guidance of service--oriented government theory, it is the theoretical basis of this article. Second, this paper analyzes the number and structure of Internet users and the main mode of running online political consultation in our country,then finds out the main problems in current situation. Finally, based on the existing problems, analyzes its reasons, and further puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to consummate the online political consultation in the view of service-oriented government.
