Study Of NGO’s Rights Intervention Practice In Migrant Workers’ Right Protection

In the academic circles pay attention to the whole process ofmigrant workers’ rights protection, care little about their daily behavior, pay less attention to the study of multiple rights subject, nor separatemigrant workers NGO out from NGO, and explore the significance of Civil Society formigrant workers NGO.This study adopts the qualitative research method, with the angle of social capital theory, resource mobilization,empowerment and so on, use the example of the morning themigrant workers, combined with the Guangdong Province two workers -- CF NGO and XXC’s Intervention cases of labor rights, analysis of labor services provided by the NGO, the development space of rights intervene, and received protection effect. To further explore NGO’s intervention mechanism in the process of labor rights and its limitations.On the basis of previous studies, conbined with the theory of civil society, then explore the significance of whichmigrant workers NGO as a civil organization to the development of our country’s civil society.Migrant workers NGO provides a public space in the process of the rights intervention, expanding citize participation network, cultivating rights skills, trust and mutually beneficial norms.For the daily maintenance of institutions and collective actions,migrant workers NGO can better mobilizes resources, promote the empowerment and improve the rational level of Labor rights.Migrant workers NGO’s development space depends on benign interaction between government and NGO,furture more, making appropriate adjustment according to the target population’s needs. The government relies on labor rights service supported by the NGO, at the same time it have prevention of heart. The NGO depends on its interaction with the government, andappropriate adjustment according to the demand of service object. At the same time, the NGO have maintained labor rights and interests in a certain degree, cultivate their sense of community, andmigrant workers NGO in the rights intervention has great significance of cultivation Civil society, from the contrast of the relationship between state and society, the control strategy which the state use for the NGO, the characteristics of civil society, and the direction of cooperation between them to prospect the development of Civil society in China.
