| The new generation of migrant workers has made important contributions to the development of China’s economy and society.It is one of the important work in recent years to promote the overall growth and development of the new generation of migrant workers.Slightly different from the past,the new generation of female migrant workers is an important part of the new generation of migrant workers.When the new generation of female migrant workers work silently for individuals,society and the state,if their legitimate labor rights and interests cannot be guaranteed,they will inevitably affect their labor enthusiasm,which is extremely adverse to the development of the city.In this context,protecting the legitimate labor rights and interests of the new generation of female migrant workers will not only promote the development of the new generation of female migrant workers in the society,but also help to maintain the harmonious and stable social labor relations.Based on the theory of human capital and Marlowe’s hierarchy of needs,this paper studies the new generation of female migrant workers in Yuancheng District of Heyuan City by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part puts forward the problems to explore the current situation and existing problems of labor rights protection for the new generation of female migrant workers.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of labor rights protection for the new generation of female migrant workers,mainly including: labor remuneration,rest and vacation,social security,vocational training Labor dispute settlement and special labor rights and interests protection.Next,it analyzes the problems existing in the current situation,and finds that there are some problems in the labor rights protection of the new generation of female migrant workers,such as insufficient wage payment security,insufficient rest and vacation security,low level of maternity insurance,lack of vocational skills training,difficulty in applying for labor dispute protection and lack of special labor rights protection.The second part analyzes the problems,analyzes the reasons for the problems,the reasons are as follows: first,the lack of personal learning ability and rights protection skills;Second,the employer’s responsibilities and obligations have not been fulfilled;Third,the role of trade union is not fully played;Fourth,there is a lack of functions of rights protection institutions.The third part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the labor rights and interests protection system of the new generation of female migrant workers in Yuancheng District.The specific countermeasures are as follows: first,improve the learning ability and rights protection skills of the new generation of female migrant workers;Second,the employer should fully fulfill its responsibilities and obligations;Third,trade unions should give full play to their role;Fourth,rights protection institutions should give full play to their functions.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,which summarizes the conclusion of this paper,and puts forward the prospect of future research. |
