The Analysis On The Rights And Interests In College Management

Student management mechanism is an important component of teaching and administration in university, which includes student status management, degree management, disposition management and daily management, etc. It is an important means of college for student management, not only ensures the traditional teaching order, construct fine style of study, but also is the foundation of teaching style and college spirit. This paper will explain to taking management mechanism method to improve the level of school education and talent training quality has very important significance.In March 2005, "University Students Administrative Regulations" as a new regula tion was promulgated by the Ministry of Education (Ministry of Education, No.21). However, there are still some loopholes in the specific implementation of Student management mechanism, for instance, emphasizing on students management and supervising, ignoring to protect students’ right and lacking legal consciousness Colleges should actively explore new student management mode, push forward the achievement of talent training actively and steadily. With the impact of social, political and economic factor, students’ legal consciousness is improving, new problems will arise, and over a period of time will continue to exist. Therefore, the college administration should base on the student-oriented system, innovate student management mechanism, manage the college by rule, and protect students legal interest. This paper is based on the analysis and explanation of the current college administration system in China, which analysis the problem is about student interest protection in the college administration system firstly. And then it combines with the system’s revolution, from the point of view, such as college self-management、the confliction of student education right、student interest protection、education-oriented and managing college by rule to explore the approach of perfecting the college administration system.
