The Study Of Contemporary Western Religious Law System

Since ancient times,The western religious issue are more sensitive to social issues,In corresponding to the socialist society, development and perfection of legal system the Western religious not only relates to the stability of the western region,but also the national unity.In this paper, Tibetan Buddhism as the starting point,Study of contemporary China’s western religious legal issues,this article research mainly obtains from five parts.The first part of the introduction part,the author mainly elaborated this article research significance and value,the overview of the academic contemporary about the western religious Legal Research,the main content and the use of the main ways in this paper.The second part,this section summarizes the historical origins of the contemporary western religious legal system,and analysis of the historical context.The third part,which are summarized the current Constitution laws, administrative regulations, regulations from different angles and at different levels for the adjustment of the western religious affairs.The fourth part,Summary elaborated the main content of the contemporary religious law system in western China.The fifth part,Analysis of the main problems of the contemporary Western religious legal system,and put forward a series of perfect views and Suggestions for the problems.Although the legal system of the administration of religious affairs in China has made some achievements,but the problems are obvious,we are gradually perfect the legal system of China and the western religious,must be positive in the face of these shortcomings and defects.In reference to the religious policies of the Yuan, Ming and Qing period, on the basis of the successful experience of the religious laws and religious policies,and Combined with western characteristics,made a number of suggestions for improvement of the management of religious affairs,the author mainly from the western religious legal system and the law level enforcement of the law enforcement agencies to comprehensive and systematic discussed.The whole article always stick to the point of religious affairs of Tibetan Buddhism,In western religious law and even the whole country legal system for surface were studied and discussed.
