| In the process of building modern socialism in China,it is necessary to continuously optimise and deepen social governance,innovate the way of social governance and improve the capacity and level of governance.Therefore,it is necessary to achieve this goal through a pluralistic governance system,that is,by moving from the original single government governance to the joint governance of multiple subjects,by changing from a single governance jurisdictional system to a management system with the benign interaction of multiple subjects in multiple sectors,which can create a way of peaceful coexistence of multiple subjects of interest.In the current work of religious governance in China,the progress of the modern governance of our country can be effectively promoted through the pluralistic co-governance,by combining the government with the religious community and the forces of society in an organic way,which can promote the progress of the management of religious affairs.The management of religious affairs is an important force in the construction of modern socialism in China and can promote the building of a harmonious socialist society.In recent years,in order to effectively manage religious affairs in China,a three-tier network and two-tier accountability system has been built at the top and bottom.Such a management system has effectively promoted the progress of religious affairs management.However,we have also found that the grassroots government has largely emphasised the role of the government in the management of religious affairs,but has neglected the role of social organisations and religious groups themselves in the overall management of religious affairs.As modern information technology continues to advance and develop,this government-centred management model no longer meets the requirements of social development.In order to manage religious affairs properly,the role of religious communities and social forces in the management of religious affairs must be constantly strengthened,and the responsibilities of religious communities,the government and social management must be implemented.This includes building a cooperative and communal religious affairs management system through a multi-centre network of governance,so as to effectively sort out religious affairs and promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society in China.The research in this paper was conducted through interviews with government staff and religious personnel in L County.At the same time,by reviewing line management reports on religious administration,relevant national laws and regulations,and literature,the problems that exist in the current administration of religious affairs in L County were identified.Furthermore,this study was used to analyse the reasons for these problems and to propose countermeasures such as the formation of a pluralistic governance in the management of religious affairs,the strengthening of information communication between various actors,and the strengthening of resource sharing in the management of religious affairs.Through these countermeasures,the aim is to enhance the credibility and promote the continuous progress and development of the management of religious affairs in L first. |
