To Investigate The Chinese Legalizing Gay Marriage From The Perspective Of Equality

Especially in our country. With the development of the times, the issue of homosexuality has appeared in people’s field of vision, more and more gay people took to the streets, to pursuit their own freedoms and equalities, to pursuitto protect their legitimate rights and interests. The progress of medicine by homosexuals from mental shows that it is not a disease discrimination. In the world many countries through the emancipation of the mind, allowing same-sex marriage. In this paper, from the development history and trend of medical study of homosexuality, combined with successful experience of Holland and USA, the ultimate combination of China situation, we will put forward the basic process of our country by legalize gay marriage.
