Youth group work is to assist the important ways to solve the difficulties and promote the growth of teenagers, in group work, preaching the traditional thinking is difficult to achieve group goals. The author to participate in " Happy Junior " project as the foundation,using the case study method, to personally led the group as the research object, through interviews and observation to collect data, is how to develop the group activities, to capture the object of study of the internal activity and thinking, making comprehensive in-depth and detailed description to the whole event. Through practice found that experiential learning more help teenagers insight into their feelings and attitudes, awareness to solve difficult skills, change their behavior, the ability of self promotion. Social workers can be design experience activities according to this situation, in the process of activities give teenagers more participation and self-determination power, and to pay attention to the activities of share and reflection, that would make the group work yield better results. In addition, the current in the group work, social union according to the target need to set up group activities, but activities after the experience sharing because social workers often a lack of experience or skill, not well seize the activity to share the main point, only the superficial skip or even missing. Given this, the author based on experiential learning model development group activity experience sharing systematic procedure, provide a reference for social workers to share about group activities, and provide reliable empirical basis for further research in the future...
