The ideological and political education is extensive, profound and long-term influence on the harmonious development of the society and the comprehensive development of man. And the method of Ideological and political education is an important way and method to promote these effects occurred. And used properly, selection method is twice the result with half the effort; on the contrary, the wasted effort. In order to form the ideological and political education with Chinese characteristic socialist construction need, we explore the significance of research, the methods of Ideological and political education.Development of Chinese method of Ideological and Political Education:it can be found in the course of development of the Chinese society constantly explore the accumulation, which some positive results conform to the social practical, effective, showing some can not keep up with the situation changes, from the actual results low and other issues can not be ignored.Based on the above understanding, this paper uses the professional theory, combined with the experience, trying to explore the experiential learning reference value on the methods of Ideological and political education. This paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research goal and the innovation background, research significance, research method, starting with the second chapter; from the characteristics, the methods of Ideological and political education status, comparison of Chinese and Western methods of Ideological and political education. Deficiencies summarized our country traditional methods of Ideological and political education and to make up for the third chapter introduces the concept, experience; learning the origin, theoretical basis, characteristics, lists the typical case, analysis of survey data, summarizes the experiential learning advantages and limitations; the fourth chapter experiential learning and the methods of Ideological and political education link experiential learning, analysis and summary of the methods of Ideological and political education value; the fifth chapter is the conclusion, point out the experiential learning soul--the experience of learning, change in learning.
