With the increasing pressure of social competition,under the influence of individuals,families and schools,the psychological problems of adolescents are gradually increasing,and rebellious psychology as a kind of psychological problem is receiving the attention of the whole society.The rebellious psychology of adolescents will induce corresponding rebellious behaviors,and the generation of rebellious behaviors will have an adverse impact on the development of adolescents,the stability of the family and the harmony of the school.How to correct the rebellious behavior of adolescents to alleviate their harm is worthy of further study and discussion.Under the guidance of the perspectives of advantages and social support,this study uses the methods of group social work to explore the means and measures to improve the rebellion of high school youth.First,collect relevant information about the rebellious behavior of high school youth through literature reading,questionnaire survey,scale measurement and case interview.Secondly,the group activity plan was designed based on the group idea,group goal and team member problem.Finally,using the group work practice to explore the new ideas of the group work involved in the rebellion of high school students and young people,I hope that under the guidance of social workers and the mutual cooperation of members,the team members can learn to correctly understand themselves,adjust their emotions,and better with parents and The teacher communicates,overcomes the rebellious psychology and reduces the occurrence of rebellious behavior.The author takes eight rebellious young people from Changchun City's high school as the service object.In the early stage,he used the relevant methods of social work to understand the degree of rebellion and counter-action of the service object.Later,from the level of individuals,parents and teachers,six group activities were designed.In the process of conducting group activities,social workers used relevant small games and exchange evaluations to enable the team members to fully realize their potential and gradually began to communicate with parents and teachers.After the end of the group activities,the degree of reversal of the members decreased significantly,and the team members were more satisfied with the activities of the group.Finally,the author found through the group activities that only individuals,parents and schools can work together to solve the problem of high school youth rebellion,and propose corresponding policy recommendations from three levels.In general,this study overcomes the shortcomings of previous research and can use the effective group social work methods to solve practical problems from the micro level,and provides new ideas for improving the problem of high school youth rebellion.Of course,the relevant methods of this paper have yet to be perfected,and the depth of the social work of the theoretical steering group needs to be deepened.There is still room for improvement in the research on improving the problem of high school youth rebellion.
