Labor And Need : The Double Vision In Marx’s Distributive Justice

The justice of distribution in Marx not only contains the distribution according to labor or need and its concrete measures of local conditions,but also describes the impassable historical reality of distribution. So we must factually be faced with the justice of distribution in Marx with the opinion of practice and philosophy. This paper insists that Marx studied the mode of production and the production relations which are the base of the production practice,then constructed the double humanity vision in distributive justice :labor and need. It’s different from the positivism which is limited to the single distribution and right.That’s Marx’s reconstruction of distributive justice on the base of his criticism on the capitalism distribution.This paper is divided into three parts to discuss the the double humanity vision in distributive justice :labor and need. From the below three parts,the paper expounds and propagates the historical logic and humanity meaning fully and shows the tension between the reality and ideal,the criticism and construction. The first part is named the perpetual reduction of the productive labor to distribution. In this part,it discusses that Marx brought the distribution to the overall sight of the productive labor. From the sight,Marx constructed the concrete discourse system on which he based his criticism to the capitalism. The second part is named the practical criticism of labor rights to the employment. In this part,it discusses how Marx criticized the capitalism concretely. We comprehend the criticism not only from the single sight of the material means,but also from the sight of Marx’s reconstruction to modernity and exploration for the humanity emancipation in which Marx transcend the slavery of bourgeois’ right,and restricted the evil characterized by the right into the historical justification. The third part is named the valuable specification of labor needs to the required system.Therefore,the justice of distribution in Marx contains the arrangement of ideals,not like the dogmatic understanding which regarded the justice of distribution in Marx as the physical means to the material world or the unreal illusion the mind of philosophy made.The theoretical task this paper will realize contains in the below three points. Firstly,get rid of the dogmatic understanding of the distributive justice in Marx,then excavate the time’s meaning and bring it in the discussion of today’s distributive justice. Secondly,unmask the materialized logic in the capitalism distribution,then face the materialized logic and abstract right with the opinion of historical square. Thirdly,get a perspective of the reform of distribution and face the contradiction reasonably in China.
