So it is urgent to carry out the corpor ate management for them by using legislative measures. Define the legal status a nd protect the legal rights to avoid similar accidents.In response to these circumstances, this paper has studied China’s religious policy and related laws, made deep analysis on the current situations of religious sites and the difficulty to carry out the corporation management. Based on lesson s drawn from Japan, Taiwan and other places, this paper believes that conditions for carrying on the corporation management in religious places has come to be mature, most of the places have gained organization code certificate with corpor ate bank accounts to undertake relative civil activities independently. Once empo wered by law, they will be the genuine civil subjects.The article is ended by discussing the possibility of imposing corporation ma nagement in our country based on previous studies, listing the problems and sug gestions for types of religious sites and how to elect the legal representative.
