Research On The Innovation Of Management Mode Of Grassroots Religious Affairs

Religious issues concern national stability,ethnic unity and social harmony,as well as national and social public interests.It is of great significance to properly handle religious issues.Since the reform and opening up,China's religious management has made great achievements under the leadership of the CPC central committee.But at the same time,religious work is facing new problems and challenges in the development tide of The Times,and the difficulties in religious work are still at the grassroots level.Especially basic religious management mode and the development of the social transformation and religion does not adapt the new situation,to keep up with the pace of innovation of social management and rural social governance,the construction of religious affairs management mode to keep up with the development of social history,stick to The Times,followed the trend of social development,therefore the religious work at the grass-roots level to focus on the management mode and the choice of transformation.This article uses the governance theory and the coordinated governance theory as the theoretical basis,and puts forward the multi-governance model of the basic-level religious society based on this theory.By reviewing evolution of religious affairs at the grass-roots level management mode in our country since the reform and opening up and phase change history of the comb,it is concluded that China's religious affairs at the grass-roots level management mode mainly achieved by the policy of administrative management,policy/regulation binary mode,legalized management model to guide/four stages of development of the rule of law in parallel mode,based on the model of the management of religious affairs at the grass-roots level in our country at present stage the realistic predicament in detail,mainly concentrated in the basic-level government responsibility is not clear,the religious management system is not sound,religious legalization management does not reach the designated position,religious cadres ideological cognition does not reach thedesignated position,the four aspects And from the grassroots religious development and grassroots social progress of the two angles in-depth analysis of the current grassroots religious affairs management mode needs to change the reality of the basis.On this basis,this paper selects the innovative practice of the grass-roots religious governance in wenzhou as a case,and elaborates on the innovation points of the religious work in wenzhou: strengthening the linkage management and building a full coverage grass-roots network;Transferring government functions and innovating the reform of the management system of religious affairs;Strengthening the joint law enforcement,establish multi-sectoral cooperation mechanisms,summed up the basic religious wenzhou district management work experience,through to the wenzhou religious governance model innovation practice at the grass-roots level of correlation analysis and reflection,from strengthening the government leading role,set up religious affairs at the grass-roots level social governance mode and enhance the level of religious governance under the rule of law at the grass-roots level of the three basic standpoint,this paper discusses the feasibility of China's religious affairs at the grass-roots level management mode innovation path analysis,trying to more systematically for religious affairs at the grass-roots level management mode in our country to conduct a comprehensive,detailed analysis and research.
