A Study On The Farmers’ Political Values Culture Under The New Rural Construction

Since the rural economical system transformed, China’s rural social economic, political obtained many achievements. But with the change in the economic, political, cultural and social environment, the farmers’ political values have taken place in the notable changes, it appear the tendency of weakening the political identity.For example, the farmers are not cooperate, political apathy, rights struggle. Although this tendency does not represent all farmers’ political values, political system still needs to be on the positive intervention, namely,it is constructed and guieded for the farmers’ political values,it is dispelling the inconsistent between the modern political order and political thinking.So it is imporment to cultivate the farmers’ political values according to new tasks and requirements in the new period.This paper is taking the case of Yujing village Shanxi Province, by using the method of investigation and statistical analysis, starting from the survey of the farmers’ political values, it analyzed the present situation of the local farmers’ political values in the construction of new countryside and characteristic and forming reasons.It analyzed the problems and the insufficiency in the farmers’ political values construction and guidance.It is how to cultivate the farmers’ political values under the background of the socialist new rural construction in our country, finally it puts forward to foster political values as the center,accelerate the reasonable suggestions farmers’ political values in new rural construction.Based on the above research, its innovation is investigated the farmers’ political values from the democracy value,the law value,the right value,the government value, the party value. The author puts forward to strengthen, improve and perfect concrete measures for farmers’ political values.
