The Research Of " Microblogging-Politics " In View Of The Governance Theory

In recent years,seeking advice from netizens on micro-blog has become an new way for governance online. At the beginning of this thesis, the author states the related concept and its classification, that is, government micro-blog, grassroots micro-blog and traditional media micro-blog. Then, the author elaborates the connotation of governance theory and analyses the characteristics of government, micro blog and the public in political inquiry on micro-blog for trying to build interactive model of all three in theory. Next, based on the previously mentioned multiple governance, the author indicates the existing problems of the three main bodies in political inquiry on micro-blog: government, civics and microblog operator, that is, government information doesn’t disclose in time, late response,the ability to deal with public opinions is insufficient and the laws and regulations of political inquiry; the degree of netizens participating in political inquiry is not deep with various levels and the process of political inquiry is not rational; Micro-blog operator’s technology leads to the defects of the micro-blog platform itself. Finally, aimed at these problems, the author combines the three interactive model, focus on putting forward China’s political inquiry development depends on the cooperation of government, citizens and operator and need the joint efforts of all parties. In particular, the government needs to disclose government affairs in time, pursue the transparency of political inquiry, interact with netizens positively to seek for response, strive to improve laws and regulations to pursue rule of law and focus on cultivate civil society according to well-governed theory’s requirement. Citizens need to consolidate the base of political inquiry knowledge, strengthen self-discipline consciousness, reduce the effect of irrational factors and improve the ability to participate in political inquiry. The micro-blog operators need to increase technology research and ensure the openness of micro blog.
