Study On “citizenation” Of New Citizens From The Perspective Of Marx’s Human Theory

Along with the rapid expansion of urbanization in China, new citizens,a group who had already been conferred urban residence and living in the cities have emerged. The biggest problem of such urbanization pattern is to ignore the "human" construction. To be sure, New citizens have come far over the past years, but their thought ideas, behaviors, lifestyles, etc are still very traditional, and far from the citizens.Marx’s human theory breaks the defects of the past sociological perspective, The theory start from "realistic individual”, based on human nature as the core idea, and the “all-round” development of people and free personality as a theoretical destination. Determinate the significance of human development in the process of urbanization, establishes the value goal of “urbanization", and finally find the way to realize.At present, the new citizens have both positive aspects: the continuation of traditional good qualities, the reservation of folk cultural life, and the preliminary "Citizenation"; again there also have problems: ideas are slow to update, low civilization accomplishment, lack of basic skills, and psychological maladjustments. The goal of "Citizenation" is: 1.The conception from conservative and closed to open and rational; 2.The lifestyle from agrestic customs to urban style; 3. The way of social participation from rural paradigm to city paradigm; 4. Personality traits from local personality to city personality.Developing “Citizenation” of new citizens, we should firstly according to China’s basic national conditions at the present stage. And secondly, use Mark’s human theory and great Achievements of Marxist sinicization as the basic guiding ideology, and to achieve “all-round” development of people and free personality as the target. Lastly, adhere to the people-oriented principle, step-by-step principles and “social support & Personal construct” principle. Through city spirit cultivation, system innovation, carrier construction, and Self improvement to promote “Citizenation”.
