On Re-education Of University Party Member Students

This paper studies on the re-education of university party member students on the basis of the theories of Marxist,such as the theory of party building, the theory of Peoples’ free and comprehensive development and the theory of youth.This paper attempts to conduct a comprehensive and systematic definition of re-education and to explore the objectives, principles and contents of re-education work through practice, so that the re-education work could develop standardly, normally and systematically, and then be promoted and completed. The paper tries to form a long-effect mechanism of re-education work in order to supply an exploration of theories and practices for shaping a lively situation of re-education work.This paper analyzes the current situation of the re-education of Party member students based on the problems. According to the results of questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the status of university Party member students comprehensively from the motives of joining the Party, the performances of students before and after joining the Party, and the effects of exemplary role. The paper puts forward the problems of re-education work of university Party member students from the forms of learning, team strength, mechanisms and targets. The paper then, on the basis of investigations and analysis, mentions the importance of reeducation work. The re-education work of university Party member students is the practical needs to realize Marxism on people’s free and comprehensive development, the inherent requirements of promoting the advanced nature of the Marxist Party construction and the deserved meaning to train young Marxists.The fourth part is the core of this article. This part elaborates on the practical ways of reeducation work of university Party member students from five aspects,on the basis of the ideas, explorations and experience conclusions in working practices. The main contents are as follows. Firstly, it mentions that the short-term goal of re-education work is to train Party member students who have a firm political stand, a strict discipline style, a solid expertise, a prominent exemplary role, and it puts forward that the long-term goal is to promote the freedom and comprehensive development of the Party member students, who will become the backbone and heir to achieve the "Chinese Dream" and the great cause of communism. Secondly, re-education work of party member students has to follow the advanced principles, practical principles, subjective principles and long-term principles. Thirdly, the contents of re-education work of Party member students include the deep study of Marxist theory, strengthening the education of Party’s theories, history, politics, ideals and beliefs, establishing typical education combined with professionalism education. Fourthly, in the reeducation work, we have to emphasize to break the traditional form, inherit the practical form, combine with art forms and innovate web forms. Fifthly, we have to pay attention to establishing security mechanism through systems, teachers and platforms to achieve the effect of re-education.
