The Study Of Current Situatian Of Viliagers’ Autonomous Mechanism

The villagers autonomy is one of the core contents of the consteuction of new socialist pastral areas and the level of villagers’ autonomy directly reflects the development of the new pastral regions.Since it introducted in the 1980s, the democretic election system that takes the civil direct vote as its main way of selecting has been gradually formed, which is the democretic decision-making system, taking the villagers’ meeting as its major veicle, and a democretic addministration institution justified by the regulation of village.As well as a contral system focusing on the regular report of the commitee.But there have been the problems in the process of the construction of the autonomy, such as, an uneffecient democretic election, the undevelopment of public welfare undertaking, the illiterated village cadres, an ineffevtive regulation of the commitee, the aggressive intervention of the governments.Therefore, the paper put foward strategies that can imperove the development of the village autonomy effeciently, to cope with these issues.The thesis used the research method of documents to arrange the basic connections and main contents as well as process of development.By definition, it discussed how the pastoral areas and Gacha will apply the democracy in the current situation of autonomous mechanism, studying S Gacha, Alukerqin,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, by combining wiyh the extent of field investigation.Finaly, it analysed the problems existing in S Gacha and the reasons.Meanwhile, proposed the corresponding suggestions and strategies for the way how to advance the autonomy.
