Study On The National Obligations Of Chinese Citizens’ Right To Health

The right to health is one of the basic rights of internationally recognized, that citizens of the equal rights of healthy living. There are not difference that because of race, religion, political belief, economic or social situation. With the rapidly development and times progress, people are no longer satisfied with the basic survival,begin to pursue higher quality life, to respect and safeguard citizens’ right to health has been gradually on the national agenda. The right to health is not just simply under natural state, which means that the individual citizen society and the realization of the interests of the state as the main body of responsibility and obligation. But for a long time, our country focus on the right to health mostly stay in the field of private rights,awareness of the right to health is limited to individual citizens private right field and their mutual rights, and ignores the realization of citizens the right to health and the relationship between the national compulsory public interests, which leads to the state public power intervention and lack of seeking public aid force. Safeguard and promote the right to health, need the personal effort and social participation, but more importantly are recognized by the state and the positive performance of the obligations. Country is the most important subject to safeguard citizens’ right to health, should to respect, guarantee and promote to realize the these obligations. The purpose of writing this article is analysis the existing concept and the interpretation of nature, to obtain my own conclusion. Through the understanding of these obligations,under the current situation analysis of the present situation of our citizens’ right to health protection. Theory withe practice, combing with our country’s current shortcomings in this aspect, find the reasons behind, to the further development of citizens’ right to health protection put forward my own proposals, hopes to make some contributing to improvement our country’s citizens’ right to health promote the and advance of the human right.
