Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Medical And Health Service Guarantee In Yancheng City

Medical reform is a worldwide problem,and all countries in the world have been constantly promoting the work of medical reform.Although some achievements have been made,it is still difficult to move forward.For China,which has a large proportion of rural population,more attention should be paid to rural areas in social construction,especially to enhance the capacity of primary health services,so as to ensure the health of rural residents.In addition to the serious imbalance of medical allocation between urban and rural areas,China is also facing the serious social problem of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor".It is urgent to improve the level of primary medical and health services.The rural primary medical service capacity can not meet the social requirements,so accelerating the construction of rural primary medical and health institutions'service capacity is an important task of the country.This paper takes the rural primary medical and health service capacity in Yancheng as the research object,and considers that the rural primary medical and health service capacity is reflected in the occupancy of health resources and the provision of basic medical and health services.The purpose is to analyze the rural primary medical and health service clothing in Yancheng comprehensively from the Perspective of public management by means of literature research,comparative study,investigation and interview.On the basis of the influencing factors,current situation and problems of service ability,and drawing lessons from foreign advanced practices in rural medical and health care,this paper puts forward the paths to enhance the capacity of rural primary medical and health services in Yancheng city from five aspects:team building,standardization construction,medical system,strengthening security,and enhancing farmers'purchasing power.
