Study On The Situation And Dilemma Of The Agricultur Alinfornationazition Development In Jiangxia District

"Three rural" developing issues are always the key points focused by the country, The CPC Central Committee has issued the No.l central document for 10 consecutive years about the "three rural", "rural niformationization" and other issues. Rural agriculture informationization is the necessary way to serve and develop "three rural". According to China Mobile’s "Nongxintong" as the breakthrough point, this article analyzes it with following three parts,1) the developing situation of China Mobile’s "Nongxintong" in agricultural informatization in Jiangxia District of Wuhan,2) the existing problems,3) how to solve the problems. In the firstly part, firstly summarizes the theory of the rural agricultural informationization, and expounds the modern agriculture’s requirements for the agriculture informationization. Secondly, analyses the PPP supply model of Jiangxia agricultural informationization, and then, in Jiangxia government funded in part, public-private partnerships serves "three rural" background, combined with various forms of PPP mode, analyses the rationality how Jiangxia Mobile promotes the local agricultural informationization with the PPP supply mode. In the second part, detailedly analyses the development of China Mobile’s "Nongxintong" in Jiangxia District by SWOT way. In the third part, by discussing the developing path of Wuhan Mobile’s "Nongxintong" in Jiangxia District, we think we can better develop the "Nongxintong" business with following three aspects, emphatically analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the development of agricultural informationization in rural areas, and points out the reasons from following aspects,1) strengthening the cooperation with government to construct the infrastructures of rural informationization,2) optimizing the advantages of "Nongxintong",3) improving the managing mechanism of mobile communication enterprises. By all these means, we’ll comprehensively improve the ability of mobile communication and "Nongxintong" business to boost the development of agricultural informationization in Jiangxia District.
