To Deepen Village-level Democratic Supervision On The Perspective Of Rural Political Ecological

This paper based on the village committee, in the perspective of political ecology theory, complete system of democratic supervision system for the political ecology plays an important role in promoting and the current rural political ecological condition for the operation of the system of democratic supervision system with the restriction of reality for theoretical assumptions, deepen the village-level democratic supervision in the analysis framework of political system, with variable analysis of the system and the political ecology.First of all, from the perspective of the country’s village-level democratic supervision system,analysis of the’innovation-ascension-the input of the construction process;then, according to the country from "subject process-object" from the point of view of three dimension analysis of rural society and the modern transition of rural political ecological effects on village-level democratic supervision;the last,from the perspective of rural political ecology, this paper analyzes deepen the path choice of village-level democratic supervision.This paper argues that constructing village-level democratic supervision system needs to insist on independent supervision, clear responsibility, under the premise of checks and balances and organization guarantee. The rural politics have an impact on democratic supervision.Rural society and the modern transition of farmers take "free rider" and "not to participate in" behavior dispelled the body of the village-level democratic supervision system;acquaintances society social form and flows that village committee faced "human resistance" and "supervision" of situation and dispelling the village-level democratic supervision process;within the power structure of village field "unbalance " and" integrity "village power concentration and make the supervision subject and object in a state of imbalance;the last,this paper argues that guided by the national rural society internal independent democratic supervision.
