The media enjoy a fast development performing as an independentindustry and pay a close attention to the trail of civil cases as the media grow a keeninterest in the civil cases. For one thing, the public generates insistent demandincreasingly for the judicial system and the judicial activities by reason of theincreasing of public’s legal consciousness due to progress of legal construction inChina. For another thing, the public is not satisfied with the judicial system and thejudicial activities because of the problems existing in the system during the practice.Two of the above things make the judicial credibility have a reality of deficiency.
