On The Improvement Path Of The Judicial Credibility Of The People's Courts

The judicial credibility is a kind of public credit in the social life established by the national judicial organs through judicial activities.In recent years,China's judicial credibility has,to some extent,improved.But in the face of the new situation of the changing society,the present situation of our judicial credibility is not optimistic.Law-related Complaint Reporting is increasing with the judgement suspected,the rate of appeal and complaint increasing,judicial corruption phenomenon serious,the wrong cases happening sometimes.Lack of judicial credibility will increase costs of litigation and waste judicial resources as well as affect the set of judicial authority,which will finally hinder the modernization of justice.Therefore,improving the judicial credibility, establishing judicial authority and cultivating the public belief in law is an urgent task.Introducing Hu Ge case and He Bei judicial corruption case focused on by the public and media,the paper analyses the causes of its wide attention and see the essence through the phenomenon,thinking that an important reason is the court judicial credibility deficiency in our country.The paper analyses the problems existing in the court judicial credibility.Meanwhile it analyses the internal and external factors in the judicial process and puts forward the ways to promote the court judicial credibility in our country from the aspects influencing judicial credibility in order to give useful guide to judicial practice.
