There are different transitiondifficulties, more or less.Strengthening the research of Role transition of localcollege recruits and exploring rules of local college recruits role transition aremeaningful to conscription work, strengthening our military modernization,improving the quality of military personnel and preparing for military struggleunder the new situationAt present, the theory of the domestic role of the local college recruitsconversion issues is few. Our work uses the methods of literature research,interdisciplinary research to conduct research.In our work, we selected the73,096troops of PLA as the Object field research object to the troops throughthe months of site visits and case interviews to obtain first-hand information, theuse of sociology, psychology, role theory and ideological and political education on the principles and methods the role of local college recruits conversion issuesfor analysis and exploration, aimed at local colleges and universities and therelevant sector-specific work force to provide some constructive guidance.According to the study, there are many difficulities for college recruits toswitch roles. Among them, there are three main factors: Firstly, the impact ofthe original professional roles of college recruits, manifested in diverse motives,Lack of preparation in thoughts and physical suited to inadequate preparationmake local college recruits yearn the campus life. Secondly, Forceenvironmental factors, mainly manifested in the disjointed relations betweencultural environment and the needs of local college recruits make the collegerecruits not adapt to military management system for college recruits. Thirdly,Force system construction factors, mainly manifested in the rule of promotionand advanced studies for college recruits can direct the development of collegerecruits.We should focus on the following three aspects: Firstly, strengthening thecontact between forces and local colleges, do a good job of guiding studentsinto the army work; Secondly, the troops recruits should improve themanagement system according to the characteristics of students.
