Research On The Reform Of Administrative Examination And Approval Of Investment Construction Project

Administrative examination and approval system of the investment construction project is an important part of the current reform of administrative examination and approval, and involve a wide range of investment and construction projects. This section is divided into four sections, the first section define the concept and range of application of the administrative examination and approval system in the investment projects. The second section describes the history of the administrative examination and approval system in investment projects. The third section analyzes the important historical role of administrative examination and approval system in the national economic development and social development. The fourth section analyzes the background and significance of the current reform of administrative examination and approval system of investment projects. This paper argues that the reform of the investment of construction project is in line with the current government decentralization historical background.
