Research on management innovation of Mobile Rural Party Members, is the inevitable requirement of the nation, the party development. The party’s seventeen plenary session put forward:"to strengthen the dynamic management of Party members, improved the integration of urban and rural areas, the inflow, outflow party organization party organization with the flow management of Party member education work system." In this paper, on the basis of many results, combined with personal long-term grass-roots work experience, through the relevant literature, questionnaires, field interviews investigation, the following aspects were studied in r management status, management problems and causes, experiences and practices of other regions, suggestions of cracked management challenges of Tai’an Mobile Rural Party Members.Tai’an Mobile Rural Party Members have a positive effect in grassroots organizations in rural areas, economic construction and social management. Only Party Committee, government departmentS,flow party members work together to establish a sound management services in the party system, strengthen incentives for Mobile Rural Party Members and implement the relevant penalty system strictly, sound a policy system, optimize the training environment and provide an institutional guarantee, Mobile Rural Party Members can play an exemplary role in the new rural construction, can contribute their wisdom better and strength for the construction of a new socialist countryside.
