Research On Strengthening And Improving The Educational Management Of Mobile Party Members

With the deep development of socialist market economy and the constantly change of the economic structure and the employment conditions, a special group——the group of mobile Party members arise. Due to the special nature of the mobile Party members, the education, management and service to them had been a major problem in the grass-roots party construction work. Solving these problems is undoubtedly of great significance to the innovation at the grass-roots party construction work and further consolidate the organizational foundation for the governance by the Party. At present, the Party organizations at all levels throughout the country are actively exploring new ways and methods to manage the mobile Party members. As a typical labor export county, the outflow and inflow of Party members at Zhouning is quite frequent. How to strengthen and improve the educational management of the mobile Party members in new period has become one of the outstanding problems in Zhouning Party construction work which needs to be addressed.By making a statement and an analysis to the effectiveness, the existing problems and their reasons in the management about the mobile Party members in Zhouning County, and combining with the good.experiences and practices on other parts, this thesis puts forward that to strengthen and improve the educational management of mobile Party members, on the one hand, to follow certain requirements and principles, on the other hand, to establish and perfect the management network, working system and service system.
