The Current Management Of Party Members Among The Floating Population In Henan Province Innovation Study

With the deep development of the socialist market economy and the appearance of the new economic organizations, a new group—the group of mobile CCP members arise. With the largest population in the nation, Henan witnesses a great number of CCP members in pouring and outpouring. They make great contribution to Henan's economic construction and to realize the rising of the Central Plain Area. It is one of the prominent issues on how to reinforce the management of the mobile CCP members in the improvement of Party building in Henan Province.From the view of CCP sub-organization of human resources developing center, this thesis make a statement and an analysis to the situation, the existing problem and their reasons in the management about the mobile CCP members. It concludes successive ways on management of the mobile CCP members according to the theory of human resource management. It comes up with the new thought and ways on fully explore and utilize the potential human resource in the mobile CCP members to promote the sound circle of the Party building among them.The first chapter of this thesis provides the definition of the mobile CCP members and introduces the current situation of the management on them. It also introduces basic theories on hierarchy of needs theory, expectancy theory, positive psychology and Spiritual salary theory on human resource management. This is the theoretical foundation of the whole thesis. Chapter two make a statement and an analysis to the situation and the existing problem of the management of mobile CCP members in other places. Chapter three concludes the main idea of the management of the mobile CCP members in Henan Province integrated with the author's own experience, and gives a discussion on the subjective and objective reasons of these questions. Last, it gives the solutions for how to reinforce the management of the mobile CCP members from these three aspects: updating the idea of the management, improving the management system and innovating the way of management. A summary review is given and some related issues are proposed in the end.
