Integrity problem has become one ofChina’s top ten risk factors. But in current China, the society false record and thefalse number, the fake diplomas and the fake news are quite common; Fake andinferior commodities is prevailing, contract execution rate is low. Price of contract,even the distortion of information disclosure of listed companies’ financial fraud iscommon.Media spread false advertising. Plagiarism patent, tax evasion and cheatinghave become the disease of the healthy development of the market economy. Theerosion of the whole social credit system is serious. Credibility decline from personto person, creating a serious credibility crisis and the serious impact is on people’slife, on the state and the society. The main reason is that Chinese society isexperiencing from "acquaintance society" to "the stranger society" transformation.Legal system is not sound, poor regulation and imperfect credit system lead to thelack of honesty and ethics.Constructing honesty and ethics requires us to fully absorb our owntraditional culture, actively learn the experience from the western developedcapitalist countries at the same time. We should combine the western contractintegrity and our ethical integrity, break the crowd and geographical restrictions,make our honesty and ethics construction more extensive, open to the modernmarketing economy development and guarantee to maintain market order.
