A Study On The Lack Of Social Integrity And Reconstruction In China

China has always attached great importance to integrity in tradition,in the ancient business ethics,integrity also occupies a dominant position.Since the reform and opening up,China's national economy and social development has made remarkable achievements.However,in the process of the planned economy system transferring to a market economy system,the situation of low social credit is still quite serious.The general lack of credit has been widely concerned about the community.In the economic life,some conducts of the lack of integrity,deceiving,falsification and deceiving consumers by any means,has spread to all areas of social life,such as,some monopoly industries developping the "Overlord" at the expense of the interests of consumers;debtors not intend to return after borrowing deliberately,some business entities having malicious arrears with each other,making and selling fakes,tampering with financial accounts,falsely making out VAT invoices,fraudulent export tax rebates and so on,those ugly phenomenon is not uncommon;Shocked by the commodity economy tide in human and personality,some people lose their direction all of a sudden,racking their brains to make false diplomas,false proof,false seal,false papers,false degree to coax the community.Needless to say,China's credit situation has been a serious threat to people's lives and safety of the national economy,and gradually devour the “body” of the growth of our socialist market economy.It must be pointed out that in the fierce international competition that China is facing with the crisis of integrity is not only related to the healthy development of our socialist market economy,but also the question of whether the Chinese nation can stand in the world family.To this end,we must attach great importance to social integrity,as soon as possible to improve the credit system,establish the integrity system,shape the credit society to seek greater development.Therefore,this article explored further this issue from the following parts.The first part,the part of raising question,that is the introductory part.This part introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and puts forward theproblem of lack of integrity.It summarizes the current situation of research on the lack of integrity at home and abroad,and points out the research methods and basic ideas of this paper.The second part,the connotation and essence of social integrity are defined to prove that there is indeed a crisis of integrity in contemporary Chinese society.This is the theoretical foundation of this topic.The third part,the part of the phenomenon and the reason analysis.This chapter analyzes the performance and harm of the lack of integrity under the market economy condition and the reason of the current crisis of integrity,and points out that the lack of social integrity has become a a major public hazard,a plague,a major chronic disease which has serious impact on China's economic,political and cultural development and social comprehensive progress.The fourth part,the part of countermeasures.Based on the reasons of the lack of integrity in the process of modernization,this chapter tries to point out some basic principles and concrete ways of rebuilding Chinese social integrity.Namely: learn from the credit system to build the international experience,regulate the operation of the market economy,build a trustworthy government and enhance social integrity values.
