The Construction Of Hebei Province Red Patriotism Education Base

Currently, the effective and directive way to carry forward the national spirit with patriotism as the core and with the reform and innovation as the core spirit of the times, is to carry out extensive patriotic education activities. While, as the most vivid material and effective carrier to carry out patriotic education, red patriotism education base is a huge social engineering, which is to carry out mass patriotic education campaign, to promote the national spirit, to cultivate revolutionary sentiments and to promote public culture. Moreover, it is an important measure to enhance the national hard and soft power and a good thing to benefit the country.From the content point of view, the full text is divided into three parts. First, in the theoretical chapters of the thesis,starting from the analysis of the red patriotism education bases’fundamental concepts, the concepts of patriotism, patriotic education and red patriotism education base and its role are clarified. Simultaneously, the thesis simply classified our existing red patriotism education bases, and further discussed the value of red patriotism education bases. Besides, the theory and policy for patriotic education bases were also discussed in detail.Secondly, in the observational and studying chapters, the construction status quo of Hebei red patriotism education bases is studied and analyzed. The thesis has investigated the status quo of red cultural resource from its distributions, development, protection and other aspects,moreover, summarized the current plight of Hebei red patriotism education bases facing with. The conclusion is therefore drawn in bases’construction,management and function. So red educational resources in Hebei can be better excavated and utilized.Finally, in the chapter of countermeasures, based on the above analysis, the strategies as how to enhance the bases’construction are discussed. Always taking Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents" as the guide, scientific development concept as the commander in chief, we should actively explore new initiatives and new model to construct the bases. By integrating and gathering resources and forces from government and civil society, adhering to the "three close" principle, strengthening the construction and management of the bases with its system construction reinforcement, in this way, the important role in carrying forward and cultivating of the great national spirit by the bases could be given full play.
