Discussion On The Education Of Patriotism On The Background Of Globalization

Globalization deeply influences the trend of the world's politics, economy and culture. As an important part of education of ideology and politics, the education of patriotism is inevitably affected by the trend of globalization. Thus, how to properly recognize the influence of globalization, and how to explore the effective ways and countermeasures of the education of patriotism is the issue that needs to be studied and solved in the education of ideology and politics. With the guidance of Marxism, this essay deeply probes into this issue.From the angle of spiritual civilization, this essay mainly discusses the importance of the education of patriotism under the effect of globalization. While analyzing the new challenges that the education of patriotism faced, this essay demonstrates the impacts of globalization in the following three aspects: the basis, the target and the traditional ways of the education of patriotism. The tentative measures are illustrated in four aspects: Firstly, accurately recognizing the essence of globalization;secondly, grasping the new features of the education of patriotisms on the background of globalization;thirdly, we should enrich and develop the content of the education of patriotism;lastly, we should explore the new ways to enforce the education of patriotism.The author's hope is to devote our pygmy effort to the research on the education of patriotism in the age of globalization.
