An Study On The Efficiency Of Criminal Scene Investigation

As the criminal situation is becoming more and more difficult,the difficulties for criminal investigation is increasing as well. Criminal investigation has the primary that for investigating,its efficiency is directly or indirectly call related and investigating orientation in the process of the criminal case.The research on the efficiency of the criminal investigation refers to the protest of improving the efficiency of the criminal investigation and establish a saving society so as to make progress and establishment of justice.To improve the efficiency of the criminal investigation, the priority is to clearly define the concept of the efficiency of the criminal investigation, and then to understand its difference and relationship with other concepts related to it. The last is to understand the possible aspects that would affect efficiency of the criminal investigation.But the exploration and discussion of the theory about efficiency of criminal scene investigation.this research analyzed current situation of criminal scene investigation in accordance with the conditions of our country. At the present, the product of the criminal scene investigation efficiency is not very optimistic.For which the main fact investigation body were overloaded.The technical skills and practical implementation of criminal scene is not satisfied,and the imperfection of the policy related to criminal scene investigation etc.
