China is an active advocate of joint development and is willing to jointly develop solutions to the maritime delimitation with neighboring countries and territorial disputes. Our current strategy is to adhere to bilateral negotiations,the main consideration in the dispute concerns only two countries to establish bilateral co-regional development system.
