It makes us grasp the knowledge of the system of classified management theory.Secondly, it analyses inmate classified management mechanism of China. It introduces the course of criminal classified management on our country. With the current criminal situation and characteristics of China, it reveals the main cause of crimes, sums up achievements from the criminal of classified management of our country and puts forward the problems.In addition to the analysis of our mechanism of classified management, this article pays attention to drawn experience from the foreign criminal classified managements. It researches criminal classifications of America, English and Japan. At last, with their analysis and learning from experience, the thesis proposed some countermeasures to improve the Chinese criminal mechanism of classified management, to strength theoretical study and to improve the legal mechanism, establish classifications agency and the classification of the security mechanism and train the police force. In force on strengthen the mechanism of classified management of the juvenile convicts. The basic purpose of this thesis is to create a mechanism of classified management which with Chinese characteristics and to improve execution.
