Maintain Legal Rights Of Environment In Network Community

China’s full access to the Internet in1994. Since then, the internet has beendeveloping rapidly. Instant communication tools and network community have rapiddevelopment such as Tencent.Network community to take shape.But with thedevelopment of economy, Environmental problems have gained a lot of publicattention both in urban and rural areas. There are more and more means to appealenvironmental rights. Among them, network is one of a important means. But it haslots of problems needed to be solved. Based on the network community, there is theproblem of mobilization inadequate. From the perspective of society and government,they don’t pay enough attention to the environment. And the legal and institutionallevel are still have serious shortcomings.This research is based on the networkcommunity,using the methods of literature research and depth interview, we havegotten some specific actual cases. It was concluded that there are some drawbacks inthe network community environmental rights.Conditions of the whole social in termsof network community environmental rights has problems, including hardware andsoftware reserve. In addition,as the network members of the community themself,everybody should enhance he or her self-ability,enhance he or her collectiveconsciousness of action.Moreover,the standardized and systematic managementmodes of network community are very difficult to explore due to the complexity ofthe network.All the above problems make the network community environmentalrights facing difficulties. Therefore,we believe that if change the situation ofpresent,such as community’s own management,the system of rewards,punishment freerider, situation should be improved. Finally,the network community will become auseful rights tool,which become the rule of law in a normal healthy basic unit.
