Problems And Countermeasures Of Female Cadre Selection And Appointment Of Panshan County

The core issue of women’s participation in politics is female cadre selection and appoint-ment. China always attaches great importance to the female cadre selection and appointment and has issued a series of large amounts of beneficial policies, regulations and measures of fe-male cadre selection and appointment. But we must realize soberly, in the actual operational p rocess, the female cadre selection and appointment is still unsatisfactory. There is a low propo rtion, the right bit more than partial, insufficient number of female representatives and other practical problems, these problems have seriously restricted the development of female cadre s. Over the years, both academia and public opinion increase the female cadre selection and a ppointment appeal rising, in particular, the proportion of each cadre adjustment became the ke y issue of public attention.This paper takes the specific circumstances in Panshan County female cadres selection a nd appointment for example and makes in-depth exploration of prominent problems and defi ciency in the course of selection and appointment of Panshan County women cadre. This pap er is divided into five parts. First part is to define the concept of "female cadres", and analyz es specific connotation of Chinese "female cadres" from the historical background. Base on t his point, it will use literature analysis and quantitative analysis method to analyze the curre nt situation of female cadre selection in Panshan County and elaborate current situation of fe male cadres appointment in Panshan county, experience and achievements of such factors. It i s pointed out that in current selection and appointment of female cadres in Panshan county su ch as "female cadre structure is not reasonable, while the total amount is relatively small, fern ale cadres, women cadres in the general election defeat" and other problems exist. Through th e analysis, it puts forward countermeasures about strengthening the selection and appointme nt of female cadres of Panshan County, and provides the theory which supports for promoti on of women’s participation in social management and public service capacity in the future, a nd promotes scientific development of women’s participation.
