Research And Application On The Z Institute’ Innovative Management Model Of Pre-research Project

Project management has been a complete and mature discipline system, and the theory of project management has been used broadly in modern management methods. The management of advanced research, a sub-discipline of project management, develops very fast that has been taken into practice by a lot of enterprises and scientific research institutions.As the real market situation is uncertain and difficult to predict, the advanced research management becomes more important. It has been widely used in the field of national defense.However in China, the national defense advanced research management research develops late compared with other developed countries. Due to the limits of military background, researchers still have relatively less knowledge and experience, and the management system is immature. Problems in the areas need to be solved effectively. This dissertation analyzes and summarizes achievements of the advanced research management based on the literature study. So far, domestic and foreign studies are mainly focusing on evaluate the results of the advanced research management.This dissertation learns from the former studies in project management, national defense advanced research and innovation management to give a new and comprehensive research model.My study analyzes the current management situation and shortcomings of the advanced research project of institution Z.Firstly, this dissertation provides complete and systematic research about the project from a macro perspective. Also it takes model study and application of national defense advanced research project management, based on a case study of the research institution Z, trying to find solutions for the problems.Secondly, the dissertation studies issues about advanced management on organizational structure, management process, talent team construction and performance incentive system.Thirdly, the dissertation provides solutions and improvement methods for Z’s problems. Meanwhile, it develops specific implement measures in terms of materials management, system design and organizational management, as well as studies the effects of new model, in order to prove the new and creative model is efficient. Finally, the dissertation summarizes the management model for Z and ensures the implement can work out smoothly. It also introduces the implementation effects of Z.
