Current Situation And Countermeasures Of China’s Urban Management And Law Enforcement

In recent years, as the process of comprehensive legal enforcement in urbanmanagement, the urban management departments have made great achievements. Meanwhile,there are also many shortages and problems, especially the common phenomenon of violencein executing the law. This problem not only hurts the interest of relative person, but alsodestroys the image of urban management in people. Even worse, it may arouse violenceevents, which will expand the conflicts and affect the stability and harmony of whole society.With the pushing of reforming of political structures, the service-oriented and people-orientedgovernment requires us to improve the present situation, solve the problem of violence inexecuting the law and set up service-oriented urban management.This paper is based on the theory of service-oriented government and explores how tosolve the problem in executing the law in the new pattern of service-oriented urbanmanagement. First of all, this paper analyses the current situation of urban management. Onthe one hand, we should admit that urban management has made great contribution to our city.On the other hand, we should also recognize the problems. So that is the subject.Based on the problems, this paper searches for the reasons of the phenomenon insubjective and objective way. It gives all-around analysis on how to solve the problem inexecuting the law. There are many available ways in the direction of, such as establishing theideas of service-oriented urban management, improving the staff’s quality, reforming theunreasonable means of law enforcement and so on. Above all, Mechanism construction hascore effect in solving the problem. This paper also proposes much advice and practical methods, on the base of experience from some cities and areas. Some of the specificcountermeasures and advice are from practical angles and some are from theoretical angles.
