Explore The Way To Solve The Problem Of Urban Management Violence Enforcement

In recent years, as the process of comprehensive legal enforcement in urban management, the urban management departments have made great achievements. First of all, this paper analyses the current situation of urban management. On the one hand, we should admit that urban management has made great contribution to our city. On the other hand, we should also recognize the problems, especially the problem of violence in executing the law, which is obvious and serious. So that is the subject. Based on the problems, this paper analyses the harm from both macro and micro perspectives. Then it searches for the reasons of the phenomenon in subjective and objective way. Finally, it gives all-around analysis on how to solve the problem of violence in executing the law. There are many available ways in the direction of, such as establishing the ideas of service-oriented urban management, improving the staff's quality, reforming the unreasonable means of law enforcement and so on. Above all, Mechanism construction has core effect in solving the problem. This paper also proposes much advice and practical methods, on the base of experience from some cities and areas. Some of the specific countermeasures and advice are from practical angles and some are from theoretical angles.
